Welcome to our Shipping Policy. Please read carefully and scroll down for a full breakdown of shipping costs, courier information and duties/customs for international orders.

Order Processing Times
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days between an order being placed and being dispatched. This can depend on demand at the time. Please bear this in mind if you have a delivery deadline.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. You also have the option to enter your mobile number for SMS updates. Please keep an eye on the courier website for delivery updates, where you can also nominate a safe place or neighbour if you're not going to be in (UK only).
Please note, the customer is responsible for following the tracking for delivery updates.
Order Packaging
All orders are packaged to the highest standard by our fulfilment team in order to protect them fully on the way to your doorstep. Aside from the boxed mugs, order items are wrapped in striped paper, ready for you or your gift recipient to unwrap and enjoy.
Your Details
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation. This is your responsibility!
If it's incorrect send a message as soon as possible after ordering but after a certain point in the fulfilment process we will be unable to amend any details.
If your order has already been despatched we will be unable to re-route the parcel and it will have to be returned to us before we can resend it. There may be an admin cost incurred in the event of this and we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost paid. Please check your details carefully when you purchase and be careful with auto complete!

- Standard UK Shipping - £3.95
EVRI 2 Day service - please use the tracking to nominate a safe place or preferred neighbour for leaving the parcel if you are out.
Orders over £50 - free of charge
- Express UK Shipping - £6.95
DHL Parcel Next Day service

*** United States Shipping - Tariff Update August 2025 ***
Effective w/b 25th August, all orders will be sent using a Delivery Duty Paid service. With the removal of the $800 de minimis threshold all orders regardless of value are now subject to duties and full customs processing.
To simplify the process for our valued US customers we have tailored our USD pricing to incorporate the additional duty charges. This varies by product type and is typically an increase of between 10-20%. This means you will pay duties up front as part of the sale and won't be stung for unexpected fees upon delivery as we will handle it all with our DDP courier service.
Art prints, greeting cards, stickers and calendars: +10%
Coasters and place mats: +13%
Aprons: +18%
Tea Towels, Oven Gloves, Mugs: +19%
We appreciate your understanding as the tariff situation is out of our hands and realise that raising our prices to accommodate the change is not ideal. However there's no way we're suspending shipping to the US! All orders will continue to be fully tracked with details provided via email upon dispatch.
Standard delivery: UPS Express Duty Paid. Delivery time: 3-5 business days approx.

International Shipping - exludes USA
All orders are sent fully tracked. Prices start from £7.50 for both Europe and Rest of World (International) and are calculated by the total weight of your order. Shipping costs DO NOT include any duties or taxes that may be charged by customs and these are the buyer's responsibility (more information below).
- Standard Europe: UPS Road. Delivery time: 6-15 business days approx.
- Standard International (not EU / US, any weight) via UPS Express. Delivery time: 3-5 business days approx.
Please note, delivery times are estimated based on guidance issued by our couriers. These timescales are subject to variation by country and can take longer at busier times of year.
Customs information: please read carefully.
The shipping charge includes the cost to pack and ship the order via our reliable courier services. Customs duties are not included at checkout.
The buyer (“Importer”) is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection. All orders are sent via courier on a ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ service, as the threshold for the application of fees, taxes and duties varies from country to country.
The amount of customs duty will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country and is calculated from the total value of the order. This may result in the buyer having to pay additional charges in order to receive their package. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.
